Our Leadership
Marshall Paymard
Principal Biologist, GIS Analyst, sUAS Pilot
Marshall Paymard is a conservation biologist, GIS analyst, and sUAS pilot with over 15 years of professional experience working in environmental consulting. Mr. Paymard is an experienced project manager, has performed surveys for a variety of special-status biota, is a certified wetland delineator, and has extensive knowledge and experience in the implementation of the Federal Endangered Species Act (FESA), California Endangered Species Act (CESA), California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Clean Water Act (CWA), and the Western Riverside and Coachella Valley MSHCP.
Mr. Paymard has a B.A in Biological Anthropology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
Mahtab Paymard
Project Coordinator, Data Analyst
Mahtab brings over 15 years of extensive experience in finance, marketing, and analytics, gained from owning a small business and contributing to multiple Fortune 500 companies. Following her entrepreneurial venture and completion of an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, Mahtab transitioned into a role as a strategic financial analyst.
At Osprey, Mahtab plays a pivotal role in steering the firm's long-term growth strategies, overseeing strategic planning initiatives and project coordination. She also contributes significantly to project deliverables, leveraging her expertise in project data organization and analytics.
Mahtab holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from California State University, Long Beach.
